Frequently Asked Questions...

Here are some answers to questions we find customers commonly have before visiting the farm!

 
Am I allowed to bring in my own food and/or drinks?

As a fully functional restaurant that provides local and farm to table food, as well as a full bar, ALL OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes snacks, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and coolers. You will be asked to bring all of these items back to your car prior to entry.


Can I have my birthday party or other celebration at the farm?

Yes! We just ask that you follow a few rules...

  • Must be during our normal business hours for the bar/restaurant on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday!
  • Cakes and cupcakes are allowed. We just ask that you do not bring ice cream as we sell ice cream in our retail store.
  • We are not able to "RESERVE" tables for parties/events ahead of time. Tables on the lawn are at a "first come first serve basis". 
  • There is no private party space. We do ask that you do not take over the carport area for your party as it is the only covered area.
  • We have a regular lunch/dinner menu that you can order from or we do offer bulk appetizers.
  • Please email events@hollishillsfarm.com for this menu.
  • We do occasionally have to close due to weather so that is something that you would want to consider.
  • If you choose to bring decorations, please do not bring confetti or anything with glitter. If you bring balloons please make sure that they are secured correctly and that any decorations that are brought in are taken home with you or properly disposed of. This is to protect our animals!
  • Seating indoors is limited
  • No tents are allowed.


How can I book my band to play at the farm?

Do I need reservations for the restaurant/live entertainment?

We DO NOT take reservations for tables on our lawn area, we do have over 100 tables, however we recommend arriving prior to 6pm if you are coming with a larger group and looking for tables in the same area. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OUR PICNIC TABLES.

 
Can I bring my own chairs or blanket?

Absolutely! We have plenty of lawn space that is not occupied by picnic tables!


Is there a cost to attend the live music events?

All weekends at the farm are free of charge. *Unless otherwise noted!*


Can my canine companion accompany me to the farm?

We are dog friendly on our lawn and outdoor area! We do however ask that you please keep dogs on leash and cleaned up after. Per board of health regulations service animals ONLY are allowed in the retail store area. Additionally, please do not take your furry friend into our fruit/flower picking areas.

 

Can I use the farm as a backdrop for my professional photography?

Can I host my wedding/event at the farm?
